I’ve been keeping an eye on my Equinox EV’s range, and I’m seeing something unusual. The myChevrolet app shows 287 miles at 78% charge. When I calculate it, that suggests a full range of 368 miles, way above the EPA estimate of 319 miles for my 2RS FWD.

Is this just the system adjusting to my driving style, or should I be concerned about the accuracy of the estimate?

Your driving style plays a big role in how efficiently the car uses energy and impacts the predicted range. Howevr, it's always an estimate based on past driving patterns. For example you might see high range numbers when driving in the city but once you hit the highwy the battery can deplete much quicker than expected

When folks first grab their Ultium rides, the battery usually shows that sweet EPA range, but after a couple hundred miles, that number tends to shift. It’s pretty common with these cars, the range adjusts as the battery gets more in tune with your driving style and road vibes.
