I am seeing consistent trips averaging around 4.6 Miles/KWh - fairly amazing when you consider the weight of the car. Cannot say enough good things about this EV, my 2nd. I also own a 2020 LEAF

Wow! - on a 10 miles trip yesterday got 5.3 - that is truly amazing.

@GSEQ2025 That's awesome! 4.6 miles/kWh is seriously impressive, especially considering how heavy EVs can be. It's great to hear you're loving it and that 5.3 miles/kWh on a 10-mile trip? Wow! That's amazing efficiency. Since you've had experience with EVs before, how does this one compare to your 2020 Leaf in terms of range and efficiency? And what kind of driving do you usually do mostly city, highway, or a mix of both? I'm always curious to hear what real-world experiences are like.

I got a consistent 4.6-4.7 with the LEAF - a much lighter car, however. If I got 155 miles range on the LEAF that was fine. The Equinox is giving me around 350 which is incredible for a car this heavy. Chevy really did a great job with this car. Love it every day.
Most of my driving is typical Florida. Local trips mostly. No stress due to cold weather, etc.

The Equinox is a whole different level - I couldn't be happier with this car. The LEAF was a great intro to EVs, economical, fun to drive and reliable. I was waiting for a domestic maker to hit the 300 mile sweet spot (and also get the $7500 credit before a certain orange yutz nixed it). I never expected the efficiency to match or exceed the LEAF.

I am in Canada experiencing daily temps at or below freezing. I went on a 150 mile round trip @ highway speeds no more than 65MPH 2 days ago & I precharged the car to just over 95% & at the end of my trip the remaining indicated range was under 10% . Seems excessive even for winter.

That’s impressive! 5.3 Miles/KWh on a 10-mile trip? Looks like the Mini Cooper SE is showing off its efficiency skills! Sounds like you’ve got a knack for picking great EVs, keep cruising with those impressive numbers

On my most recent charge cycle I went 114 miles on 32% of the battery charge. That equates to 27.2 KWh which pencils out to 4.2 miles per KWh average. For an 85KWh battery that gives me 357 mile range, which is mighty impressive.
