Equinox EV rear window control glitch

Hey Equinox EV 2RS owners, I've discovered a strange issue with the rear window controls from the driver's seat. During a stereo upgrade, my installer noticed that pressing the rear driver's side window button does nothing, but pressing the rear passsenger side button opens both rear windows. This was observed befor any installation work. Could other 2RS owners check if they have the same problem? Thanks

Hey, what are your window control settings in the Infotainment screen?

I spotted this note on p.27 of the manual: "Windows may be temporarily disabled if used repeatedly in a short time."
