Auto-Park

So, "Auto-Park" can back you in and parallel park, but only pulls forward when leaving, even a regular spot? That's kinda dumb. Why would you need it to automatically pull forward out of a regular spot?

Yeah, it seems unnecessary for regular spots. Auto-Park is great for parallel parking, but pulling forward out of a spot feels more like a feature that could be skipped.

It is somewhat a safety measure but it feels like a solution for a problem that doesn't really exist. you know what I mean? maybe they're trying to reduce liability for bumper scrapes but it kind of defeats the purpose of auto park if you still have to do some of the work yourself.

This could be great for someone with a small garage, but I’m good parking on my own.
