has anyone lost ambient lighting in their equinox ev?

The ambient lighting in my Chevrolet Equinox EV suddenly stopped working, and I can’t figure out why.

Tried restoring factory settings after reading about it on another forum, no luck.
Everything else in the interior works fine, just the ambient lighting is out.
Not sure if this is a software glitch or a hardware issue.

Any fixes before I take it to the dealer?

If you're not seeing your ambient lighting, check the interior light brightness switch. If it's turned down excesssively, the ambient lighting may be too dim to be visible.
