"This past Saturday I traded in my 2023 Bolt EV for a 2024 Equinox EV FWD 3LT and so far I’m happy with the upgrade!
Trade-in: Got $21K for my Bolt, plus $14K in incentives for the Equinox EV.
Why the switch? Wanted more space and longer range, but still loved the Bolt.
Tech trade-offs? Swore I’d never give up Apple CarPlay, but I’m adjusting to Google Built-In Bluetooth music works fine.
Insurance bonus: My Equinox EV is actually $250 cheaper per year than the Bolt.
I also test-drove the new Tesla Model 3, but the minimalist interior wasn’t for me. To my eye, the Equinox EV looks better than both the Model 3 and Model Y.
Hopefully, this car is as trouble-free as my Bolt was! Any other former Bolt owners here who made the switch?"
