    Tesla adapter

The Tesla Magic Dock is a charging handle with an integrated CCS1 to NACS adapter. However, until Tesla opens up all Superchargers to GM vehicles, you'll be limited to using the Magic Dock at specific locations. You can locate these locations using the Tesla app.

Equinox 1 LT in Galaxy Grey

Finding a gray Equinox EV is tough, but you might have better luck with a Blazer EV. I saw a gray Blazer, and it looked pretty cool, but it wasn't quite what I wanted.

Exploring the future of Equinox V2H capabilities

I'm curious about using Vehicle-to-Home (V2H) technology to power some of my appliances and lights during a power outage. I'd like to connect to a few outlets using a simple setup that includes extension cords. I'm looking for a solution that doesn't require a whole-house battery backup system.

Delivery Timelines for Equinox EV Custom Orders

Congrats on considering the Equinox EV! Custom orders can take time, so it's important to plan ahead. It would be better to contact your local Chevy dealer for the most accurate timeline based on current production schedules and regional availability.

Equinox EV Level 3 Lighting Animations

Did you try searching it on YouTube? I'm also curious about those lighting animations. I haven't seen any videos yet, but I'm sure they'll be pretty cool. If you find any, please share them!

Is it a good idea to get a window sticker?

Which window sticker are you referring to? Is it for the registration?

    Regular Equinox cargo shade

Afaik, the accessory you're looking for is not currently available for the Equinox EV on the official website.

    Equinox EV suspension "clunk" sound

Agree with @Ashley_Williams. Also, have it aligned and let the mechanic check your suspension component while it's being lifted.

Equinox EV LT1 vs LT2 Differences?

The 1LT is a basic model. It doesn't have a sunroof, roof rail, fancy lights, or power seats. GM probably priced it below $35,000 to get more people to buy it.

    Heat pump?

We'll see if the new heat pump system is really better than old electric heaters. Volts are already pretty good at heating up. But this new system is complicated, so hopefully, dealerships know how to fix it.

FWD or AWD: which one is the best in terms of range?

I was concerned about the FWD model at first, but after driving it, I didn't miss the extra power. I'd rather have more options. You should give it a try and see what you think.

Current waiting time for NJ DMV registration/tags

It would be better to contact your local DMV office directly for the most accurate information on processing times. They might be able to provide a more specific estimate based on current workload.

Congrats and welcome to the forum! How's the range so far?

Does All the EV Clickbait Make You Question Your Purchase

The transition to EVs necessitates a shift in mindset, and some people, unfortunately, resist change. I appreciate how this forum has kept the focus on EV-related discussions rather than political arguments. The current climate of misinformation and negativity makes it difficult to separate...

    Level 2 charger??

While the Chevy app allows you to manage your Equinox's charging, a smart charger has more features, such as the ability to remotely monitor your car's charging status and schedule specific charging times to benefit from off-peak electricity rates. If you're content with using the app to manage...

Spaces around Velcro straps and seat back

The charging cable thing goes there. You should have two tow hooks, not just one. 3LT and 3RS people won't get the tire pump thing, 'cause their tires fix themselves. The back seats have slots for the lock. The stitching looks a bit messy.

Should you buy a 2024 GM EV or wait for the 2025 model?

The announcement by GM of NACS port support in 2025 is a little vague. While they have confirmed its arrival, the exact date remains unknown. It may not be available in vehicles until late 2025 or early 2026. Given these circumstances, I am unwilling to delay my purchase. I also want to secure...

Concerns before buying the first gen Equinox EV

I've had a good experience with my Bolt, so I'm pretty sure the Equinox EV will be reliable too.

Would it work to turn the cargo shelf into a DIY frunk?

I want to use the small space in front of the motor to store something. I'm thinking of using a sling to hold a small container. It needs to be strong, durable, and easy to access.

    LT AWD power vs Bolt

I test drove the Bolt and didn't like how it handled, especially at slower speeds. The Equinox EV feels much more stable. I also prefer the Equinox's larger size and cargo space.
