Questions to ask the dealer when getting new Equinox

My sister just got a new Equinox EV and she's super excited to pick it up soon! The dealer mentioned some prep work, but wanted to see if anyone has any other tips for getting acclimated on delivery day. Things like signing into the Google stuff, using the myChevrolet app, or even what questions to ask the dealer (charging options, service, etc.) Any advice from seasoned EV drivers would be appreciated!

Congratulations! Remind her to bring her driver's license and proof of insurance. Let her ask about the location of public charging stations and who to contact if she has queries about her home charging. Oh, and don't forget to inquire about redeeming My Chevrolet Rewards points, that could be a great perk.
