Should I Get GM Extended Protection Plans for my Equinox EV?

I'm super pumped to be getting my Equinox EV soon! But I can't shake off the worry about potential issues with it being a first-gen model. I’m thinking of grabbing the GM Extended Protection Plans if available just in case. Any of you folks tried this plan before? Is it worth it?

I think I'll pass on this. I'm good with my 3 years/36,000 miles warranty which I currently have on my Volt.

Do you always use your Equinox? Lile almost everyday? If yes, an extended warranty might be worth it. If not, then you're just wasting money.
