I recently has 2 occasions where the charge level reading made me question the accuracy of the info.

1) Prior to having my Charging station installed, i used a 110, extension cord. Very slow as anyone can tell you. I had my charge level set to 80%, as recommended. it would not charge above 73% while plugged in. it would drop 1% as it was parked in very cold weather 15F and go to 73%. while it was doing this, the next day it showed a reading of 100% using a 110 cord, which should take a few days at best.
Brought it in for servicing this issue. they did some software upgrades, said it was now ok.

2) My Equinox is in the driveway not being used, not plugged in at 78%. the next day shows a 97% charge.
at the dealer reviewing the issue.

anyone else experience this type of anomaly?

The charge readings are tricky in cold weather. Don't be surprised by the fluctuations. Though, the jump to 100% is odd. Maybe a software update would help. Have you scheduled any dealer appointments?

I haven't had the exact same experience but I've heard of similar strange charging issues. Sometimes software glitches or temperature changes can affect the readings
