So, thank goodness, I finally talked my little brother into wrestling, and I'm hoping he learns some discipline from his teammates and coaches. Any tips or tricks from the wrestling veterans out there? I'm more into basketball and football, so I don't know much about it other than the WWE lol.

I have been playing sports since middle school and every sport teaches discipline and other values that could help you succeed in life. Wrestling teaches you discipline in a way that you need to stay calm while thinking about ways to take down your opponent in the middle of the fight. It teaches you that hard work is very important, a calm and collected mind can overcome everything with the right thinking and judgment of the situation. Might I suggest Taekwondo? It also teaches discipline and self-control which is very important for a boy who's growing up. Not to use your fist to instigate a fight but to defend and protect the weak.
