So I'm thinking of getting the Equinox EV 2LT trim. My buddy is all about the 2RS, saying it looks super sporty. But to me, it's mostly just about the looks. The 2LT and 2RS seem pretty similar in specs and you gotta pay extra for eAWD on both. So why drop around $48K on the 2RS when I could snag the 2LT for under $40K? You know, I'm just being practical.

Even i would choose the 2LT, they almost have the same specs but the base price for each car is different. RS has climate control, blind zone alerts and a power lift gate. the LT on the other hand has front and rear park assist, lane change alert and side blind zone alert. I'd still buy the 2LT even with those differences and save the remaining money for whatever I need in the future.

Being practical nowadays can save that excess money for other reasons. We dont know how crazy it gets sometimes, and we dont know when disaster or an illness will strike so better be prepared right? But the 2LT trim is the best decision if i were to be asked with an eAWD for a cheaper price and features that can be really useful.
