Is Wireless Phone Charger Available in Equinox EV?

Is there a wireless phone charger in any of the Equinox EV trims? No biggie but I didn't see it listed for the 1LT that I ordered last week. Its not mentioned in the order guide either.

it is actually stated in the chevrolet website about the 2024 Equinox EV that a large wireless charging pad for your compatible smartphones.Just remember to put your car in Accessory mode and your phone will automatically charge.

I don't think it's available. I guess we just have to wait for the official review.

So, it looks like someone figured out that the wireless charger might already be installed in the console! They found it by taking off the plastic cover. I'm guessing a software update is all that's needed to actually turn it on.

And get this – the wireless charger is even mentioned in the owner's manual! It's listed under the fuses – it's fuse number F38 for the "WCM Wireless Charger Module.

This is really interesting. I wonder if Chevy is planning to offer the wireless charger as an over-the-air update or if it's something that dealerships will need to activate.

I had come across the same information, but I was let down to discover it doesn't actually work. I'm not sure if a future update will include this feature.
